Enquiries and bookings

We would be delighted to have you stay with us at Skies Call, so please do give us a call or e-mail us with any questions, or to discuss any specific requirements you may have for your stay. You can also easily and quickly book directly with us through this web site.
We will do our very best to accommodate you to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible however, please note that we do not accommodate Children.

Payment

End of stay settlement can be made using all major debit and credit cards, bank transfer or cash. There is no additional charge for card payments.

If you are leaving early, or wish to get away quickly, we recommend that you settle your account the evening before you depart.

Cancellations

If you find yourself in the situation whereby you need to change your plans, we would appreciate as much notice as possible. If your booking is cancelled or modified by 12pm two days before the day of arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in the case of no show 100% of the first night will be charged.

Arrival and departures

We very much look forward to personally welcoming you to Skies call. In order to ensure that your room is fully prepared for your arrival, we would ask that you arrive after 5.00pm. If you need to arrive outside of these times, please just discuss with us when you book and we will give you a call on the day of arrival just to check how you plans are progressing.

On the day of departure, we would be grateful if you could vacate your room by 10.00am in order for us to prepare the room for the next guest. If your travel plans fall outside of this time, you would be very welcome to relax or work in our comfortable Orangery with a cup of tea or coffee.

Allergy Advice

If you have any concerns about food or other allergies please speak to us - we will be happy to help.

Our food may contain the following allergens - Gluten containing cereals, crustaceans, molluscs, fish, peanuts,lupin, nuts (including walnut, hazelnut, almond, etc, soy, eggs, milk, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide.

Smoking

Guests should please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Access can be provided to the rear garden when required.

Pets

We are really sorry but as we have two westies we are unable to accept pets
